DUTCH WEAVE wire mesh
The plain Dutch weave is a type of weave with larger warp wires than the weft wires.
The weave is made up of a limited number of warp wires interwoven with the maximum number of weft wires, thereby producing a stable and strong cloth. The plain Dutch weave has a high filtering level and high pressure load resistance.
In all types of Dutch weaves, the sum produced by multiplying the number of weft wires of a certain measurement with their diameter results, in theory, in a specific opening. As the wires are positioned together during the weaving process in a particular manner, the size of the opening cannot be calculated in the usual way.
