TECHNICAL FABRICS for industry
The construction of our technical fabrics is achieved by weaving metallic wires, fiberglass or PVC on high-precision automatic looms, with the interlacing of warp threads parallel to the length of the fabric and weft threads parallel to the width.
We produce metallic fabrics in aluminum, stainless steel, and all its variants, as well as in other metallic alloys such as nickel, bronze, copper, brass, monel, inconel, incoloy, and duplex. Being metal meshes with a very fine weave, they offer great stability, long-lasting durability, and the ability to withstand high pressures and temperatures.
Characteristics of Technical Fabrics
Technical fabrics offer several characteristics that make them suitable for specific industrial applications:
- Maximum precision
- Stability and long-lasting durability
- High-temperature resistance (class 0)
- High-pressure resistance
- Transparency
- Weldability
- Mechanical deformability
- Electrical conductivity
- Low ecological footprint
Supply Methods for Technical Fabrics
Technical fabrics can be supplied in various forms: in rolls, panels, or custom-made products according to your specifications for particular applications.
All our fabrics can be modified and processed by:
- Custom cutting
- Calendering
- Precision cutting
- Cutting with no loss of wire
- Washing
- Ultrasonic washing
- Painting
- Heat treatments
The application possibilities and performance of technical fabric meshes are further expanded by the many weaving types, to be selected according to the application. Plain weave, cross weave, herringbone, square mesh, rectangular, or based on specific designs. The alternation of threads and their thickness in both weft and warp creates countless fabric possibilities, which can be produced in various heights up to a maximum of three meters, in rolls or metal, upon request.
Fiberglass and PVC Meshes
In addition to producing technical fabrics in metal mesh, we also weave non-metallic materials such as fiberglass and PVC, for the production of fiberglass nets and screens, solar shading fabrics, transparent PVC fabrics or for blackout curtains, and fiberglass blackout fabrics combined with PVC fabrics.
These fabrics are used by manufacturers of technical curtains for the production of roll-up blinds, both for indoor and outdoor, panel, and vertical blinds. The range of technical fabrics offers a wide array of solutions to all professionals engaged in solar control of buildings, aiming to achieve optimal results in thermal comfort, visual, and aesthetic-decorative aspects while meeting energy-saving requirements.
