From 14th to 19th January at BAU 2019, Fratelli Mariani is launching a new expanded metal mesh: 700 mm diagonal for record dimensions.
2019 marks an important milestone for Fratelli Mariani: the company celebrates the 90th anniversary of its foundation in 1929.
To start the new year in the best way, Fratelli Mariani is taking part in the BAU, Munich from 14th to 19th January. The most important event in the construction sector in Europe will be the perfect opportunity to present Isola 700, the new expanded metal mesh.
Like all Fratelli Mariani expanded metal, the new product has the name of a location. This is Isola, the trendiest Milanese district of the moment, just a few kilometers from the headquarters and production plant of Fratelli Mariani.
The new expanded metal turns out to be a tribute to the Milanese style and more in general to Made in Italy, which has been characterizing the company’s activity for almost a century. In this regard, the design and construction phases of Fratelli Mariani take place entirely in Italy, combining traditional craftsmanship, technological innovation and environmental sustainability.
As the number associated with the name of the district recalls, the peculiar characteristics of the new product are the great dimensions. With 700 mm of diagonal, Isola 700 is today one of the largest expanded metal on the market, and Fratelli Mariani is one of the few manufacturers able to supply it in Italy and in the rest of the world.
This primacy allows Isola 700 to cover very large facades, whose macroscopic surface requires very wide meshes.
Fratelli Mariani will present Isola 700 at its booth at BAU in Munich. In particular, the new expanded metal will be an integral part and core concept of the exhibition space. In this way, visitors will be able to observe closely its design, functionality, and aesthetics on a small scale.
